Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases from the Marty Tech online store, operated by Marty Holdings ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Prices and payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices and availability may change without notice. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

2. Orders

An order is accepted once payment has been received and we have confirmed stock. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if stock is unavailable or the order appears fraudulent.

3. Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the actual item (for example colour or keyboard layout). Specifications are provided by the manufacturer and may change.

4. Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and warranty claims are covered by our Refund Policy, in line with the Consumer Protection Act and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.

5. Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of data. Please back up your data before sending a device for repair or return.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under South African consumer law.
