Where we deliver
We currently deliver within South Africa only.
Delivery fees
- Standard delivery: R100 (orders under R5,000)
- Express delivery: R150
- Free delivery: on orders of R5,000 or more
Delivery times
Most orders are dispatched once payment has cleared and stock is confirmed. Delivery times depend on your location and stock availability; we will confirm the expected delivery date with you after you order. For urgent or bulk orders, please WhatsApp us before ordering.
Stock availability
Stock levels can change quickly. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you to offer an alternative, a later delivery date, or a full refund.
Receiving your order
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is damaged or an item is missing or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
Bulk, business and school orders
For large orders we can arrange quotes and delivery to your office or school. Contact us on WhatsApp for a quote.
